All full-priced items can be returned for an instant refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase via our Refundid portal and in-store (for online orders). If you have purchased in-store we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that accessories, socks, gift vouchers & product care can't be returned for a refund or exchange. 

Items marked as Final Sale -All sales are final - No returns. No exchanges. No refunds. Please choose carefully.

To exchange for a different size you have 3 options*

Process an instant refund via our returns partner Refundid. Follow the instructions for return and use the instant refund to purchase the new size. Refundid Portal 
Visit your closest Footgear location to process an exchange in-store. Click here to view store locations. 
Return the shoe via post to 9/15 Holt Street, Pinkenba, 4008. Before sending your parcel back please Click here to see what to include.
